Mandy has an extensive background of 20 years of property conveyancing experience.
She commenced her legal career in Sydney initially working not only in property conveyancing, but also gaining invaluable experience in the areas of family law, general litigation, wills and estates and assisting with District Court and Local Court proceedings.
Since relocating to the Albury Wodonga area, Mandy has focused solely on her preferred practice area of property conveyancing and has continued to work extensively under the laws of both New South Wales and Victoria, in the fields of residential and commercial property, strata, rural land and subdivisional projects.
She is proficient with the PEXA electronic conveyancing platform, has ensured she has kept up-to-date with the multiple changes that have occurred in the conveyancing area over recent years, and remains committed to keeping abreast of all developments in her chosen area of law.
Mandy particularly enjoys building a strong relationship with her clients and reducing the stress for what can, for many, be a daunting and unfamiliar transaction.
Her philosophy is that attention to detail is paramount, and important keys to ensuring a property transaction proceeds smoothly and successfully to completion include initially spending time with clients to explain how a transaction will proceed, and then keeping her clients informed and updated of progress and any unusual developments.
