Director
Paul is a director of Fleming Muntz. He has practised in Albury for over 50 years and is a Law Society of New South Wales Accredited Specialist in Business Law.
Clients appreciate the depth of Paul’s experience when seeking creative or tax-effective solutions to estate planning and commercial issues – especially when complex or extensive assets are involved. Numerous rural families throughout regional Victoria and southern New South Wales have sought out Paul’s assistance negotiating estate plans fair to all family members, and to restructure their affairs to ensure smooth succession of on- and off-farm assets between generations.
In his practice, Paul has provided legal services to a number of Government and quasi-Government bodies as well as regional, national and international businesses and has particular experience in:
- complex rural land transfers
- estate and succession planning
- succession planning for farming families
- services to the medical profession
Paul is a past President of the Albury & District Law Society and is a past Chair of the Estate Planning section of Law Australasia. He has been a regular speaker on estate and succession planning for professional bodies and at public seminars.

Accredited Specialist, Wills and Estates
Director
Kellyanne is a director of Fleming Muntz and practices extensively in the areas of estate and succession planning, estate administration and claims upon deceased estates.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canberra and a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates from the College of Law. Kellyanne is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates and is the only local practicing solicitor who holds accreditation in this area of law from the Law Society of New South Wales. Kellyanne is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and the only local practitioner who is a member of this international organisation.
Clients seek Kellyanne’s advice and expertise on a wide range of estate planning issues, ranging from complex strategies for farming families, blended families and vulnerable beneficiaries, to tax effective wills incorporating testamentary trusts and more straightforward planning incorporating financial powers of attorney, guardianship documents and advanced care planning. Clients also seek Kellyanne’s advice and expertise in complex estate administration matters, as well as the negotiation and litigation of deceased estate disputes.
Kellyanne understands the difficulties clients experience planning their personal affairs or dealing with the estate of a close friend or relative. She enjoys developing strong relationships with her clients and their other advisors, as well as her professional colleagues and approaches her practice with compassion, empathy and attention to detail.
Kellyanne is committed to community education and regularly gives presentations on estate planning and elder law issues to community groups and her professional peers.
Kellyanne is a graduate fellow of the College of Law, an active member of the Law Australasia Estate Planning Special Interest Group and provides pro bono legal services to a charitable organisation. She is a member of the NSW Law Society, a past member of the Specialist Accreditation Wills & Estates Advisory Committee and a past office-bearer of the Albury & District Law Society.

Robyn has been involved with the operational management of the firm for over 33 years.
As practice manager she is responsible for human resources, business development, project management, precedent creation, accounts and IT support.
Her organisational skills have been an important element in the firm’s commitment to excellence in client service.

Paralegal
Leonie commenced her legal career over 30 years ago and has worked within the profession in Albury/Wodonga for most of that time.
She joined Fleming Muntz in early 2012 as part of our clerical team.
Leonie works specifically in the areas of Business and Estate planning providing paralegal support in these areas.

Conveyancing Law Clerk
Mandy has an extensive background of 20 years of property conveyancing experience.
She commenced her legal career in Sydney initially working not only in property conveyancing, but also gaining invaluable experience in the areas of family law, general litigation, wills and estates and assisting with District Court and Local Court proceedings.
Since relocating to the Albury Wodonga area, Mandy has focused solely on her preferred practice area of property conveyancing and has continued to work extensively under the laws of both New South Wales and Victoria, in the fields of residential and commercial property, strata, rural land and subdivisional projects.
She is proficient with the PEXA electronic conveyancing platform, has ensured she has kept up-to-date with the multiple changes that have occurred in the conveyancing area over recent years, and remains committed to keeping abreast of all developments in her chosen area of law.
Mandy particularly enjoys building a strong relationship with her clients and reducing the stress for what can, for many, be a daunting and unfamiliar transaction.
Her philosophy is that attention to detail is paramount, and important keys to ensuring a property transaction proceeds smoothly and successfully to completion include initially spending time with clients to explain how a transaction will proceed, and then keeping her clients informed and updated of progress and any unusual developments.

Cathy is ‘the face’ of Fleming Muntz. She manages the firm’s reception area and provides support to our legal team. Cathy’s knowledge and insight into the firm, her administrative experience coupled with her warm, professional manner and helpful disposition, ensures that our clients are always provided with exceptional service.

Administration Assistant
Ruth joined the Fleming Muntz team in 1990.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm in her role as an administration assistant. Ruth’s organisational skills and attention to detail are integral to her role, which encompasses not only attending to the firm’s general administrative duties and staff support, but also to maintaining the integrity and security of our deeds storage facility.

Probate and Deceased Estate Clerk
Jenni joined the Fleming Muntz team in 2017 and brings over 23 years of experience working in the legal profession to her role at Fleming Muntz.
Throughout Jenni’s career, she has gained significant experience in both Victorian and New South Wales conveyancing (including electronic conveyancing transactions), and in estate planning and estate administration.
Jenni acts primarily as our probate and deceased estate clerk however provides support and assistance to all of the Fleming Muntz team.
